59ST.; <br />APPROVED <br />DATE APPROVED: 1/2/90 <br />DATE ISSUED: 1/11/90 <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 5, 1.989 <br />Mayor Dunn called the Council Workshop on the City Administrator's <br />Evalution to order at 6:30 in the City Hall conference room. Present: <br />Dunn, Hunt, Williams, Graves, Moe, and Administrator Morrison. <br />Mayor Dunn called the City Council meeting to order at 7:11 p.m. in <br />the City Council chambers. Present: Dunn, Hunt, Williams, Graves, <br />Moe, City Engineer Larry Bohrer, Attorney Steve Carlson and <br />Administrator Morrison. <br />1- AGENDA <br />Delete: 6B. Variance Request withdrawn by Michael Hilyar <br />Add: OTHER: Resignation Letter, December 19th Council meeting, <br />Holiday Party <br />M/S/P Hunt/Graves - to approve the December 5, 1989 City Council <br />agenda as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />2. MINUTES: November 21, 1989 <br />M/S/P Graves/Williams - to approve the November 21, 1989 City Council <br />minutes as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Hunt/Graves - to approve the December 5, 1989 Claims #92602 <br />through #92666 as presented. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />4. PUBLIC INQUIRIES: <br />David Johnson, 11291 30th.St. N., asked about the status of <br />negotiations on Section 32. Mayor Dunn responded they were in <br />negotiations, initiated per request of landowners in Section 32, <br />nothing has been formatted, different scenarios have been looked at, <br />and there is no giveaway plan. Graves added negotiations were <br />initiated because these landowners didn't feel Lake Elmo would be able <br />to address their needs and felt they would be better served being <br />annexed to Oakdale. <br />5. REAPP REPORT <br />Todd Williams reported they were still waiting for the hydrogeoloigcal <br />data from the County. <br />6. PLANNING/LAND USE/ZONING: <br />A. Concept Review: White Hat Restaurant <br />
