RESOLUTION 89-42 CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LARGE LOT SUBDIVISION TO GILBERT SULLWOLD WHEREAS, Gilbert Sullwold has made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a Large Lot Subdivision of the property described as follows: That part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota described as follows: The East Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 2; and The south 152.00 feet of the east 325.50 feet of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 2; and Beginning at the southeast corner of the west 43.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 2; thence North 01 degrees 32 minutes 44 seconds West, (bearings are based on the Washington County Project Coordinate System, South Zone), along the east line of said west 43.00 feet, a distance of 200.01 feet to the northeast corner of the south 200.00 feet of the west 43.00 feet of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2; thence South 89 degrees 26 minutes 53 seconds East, a distance of 830 feet, more or less, to the shore of Clear Lake; thence southerly and southeasterly, along said shre of Clear Lake, a distance of 300 feet more or less, to its intersection with the outh line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2; thence westerly, along said south line of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, to the point of beginning; and, The North Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota excepting therefrom the following described 3 parcels of land: 1. The north 125.00 feet of the west 381.51 feet of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 11. Said South Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter is defined by using the U.S. Public Land Survey proportional distance method of subdivision. 2. The south 140.00 feet of the east 10.00 feet of the west 43.00 feet of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 11. 3. The west 33.00 feet of the north 192.98 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 11.
