RESOLUTION 88-5,1, <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />APPOINTING MARY KDEFFNER AS ACTING CLERK ADMINISTRATOR <br />FOR THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 20, 1989 <br />FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD <br />WHEREAS, a vacancy has occurred as a result of the acceptance by the <br />City of Lake Elmo of the resignation of Patricia Morrison, City Administrator; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the effective date of the resignation of Patricia Morrison is <br />December 20, 1989; and <br />WHEREAS, the ongoing business of the City of Lake Elmo requires a per- <br />son acting in the capacity of Administrator for the efficient and ongoing opera- <br />tions of the City, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Lake Elmo hereby <br />appoints Mary Kueffner as Acting Clerk/Administrator for the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota, such appointment being effective December 20, 1989; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the term of such appointment of Mary <br />Kueffner shall be at will and for an indefinite period of time in the discretion <br />of the City Council and at such additional financial terms as may be sub- <br />sequently agreed upon between Mary Kueffner and the City Council of the City of <br />Lake.
