RESOLUTION 89-9 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION OFFERING APPRECIATION AND THANKS TO <br />TOM SIMPSON FOR HIS CONTRIBUTION TO <br />THE CITY OE' LAKE ELMO <br />WHEREAS, we have had the pleasure of working with Tom Simpson <br />during his service on the Lake Elmo Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, we greatly appreciate his perception, his <br />understanding of the community, the City Ordinances, Comprehensive <br />Plan, local needs and goals. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo, that: <br />The City Council, and each and every member, past and present, of the <br />Planning Commission who had the opportunity to work with Tom Simpson, <br />offer their sincere appreciation and thanks for his devotion to the <br />City of Lake Elmo, and extend their hardiest congratulations to Tom <br />and Sharon Simpson on the birth of their first. son, Sam. <br />ADOPTED this 3rd day of January, 1989, by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo. <br />Susan Dunn, Mayor <br />
