RESOLU`1'ION 89-12 <br />CITY OE' LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br />FOR 20TH STREET, CSAH 17 TO MANNING <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 20th Street, CSAH 17 to <br />Manning, by overlay and shouldering, and to assess the benefited <br />property for all or a. portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKE ELMO, MINNESOTA, THAT: <br />The proposed improvement be referred to the City's consultant <br />engineer, Larry Bohrer for study and that he is instructed to report <br />to the Council, with all convenient speed, advising the council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible, <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection <br />with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement <br />as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 17th day of January, 1989. <br />Su an Dunn, Mayor <br />t.t t: <br />�. <br />Pa ricia M r M dn, City Administrator <br />
