RESOLUTION 89-26 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT FOR <br />38TH STREET, 39TH STREET AND INNSDALE AVENUE, EAST OF IDEAL AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the city council adopted <br />January 17, 1989, a report has been prepared by Larry Bohrer, the City <br />Engineer, with reference to the improvement of 38th Street, 39th <br />Street and Innsdale Avenue, and this report was received by the <br />council on May 2, 1989. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LAKE ELMO, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The council will consider the improvement of such street in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$66,550. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement <br />on the 16th day of May, 1989 in the council chambers of the city hall <br />at 8:15 and the clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council this 2nd day of May, 1989. <br />Mayor <br />
