j RESOLUTION 89-33 <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING A LARGE LOT <br />SUBDIVISION TO ROBERT AND DOROTHY ZIERTMAN <br />WHEREAS, Robert and Dorothy Ziertman have made application to the <br />City of Lake Elmo for a Large Lot Subdivision of a parcel of land <br />described as the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 29 N, Range <br />21 W, Washington, County Minnesota except part of the Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter being the West 660 feet of the North <br />429 feet of the South 825 feet thereof subject to easement on West <br />Side. <br />PARCEL "A" <br />The South 1125 feet of the West 1100 feet of the Northwest <br />Quarter of Section 2, Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, <br />Minnesota except the West 660 feet of the South 825 feet thereof. <br />Subject to an easement over the West 33 feet thereof for Yeats Avenue. <br />PARCEL "B" <br />The North 425 feet of the South 1550 feet of the West 1100 feet <br />of the Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 29, Range 21, <br />Washington County, Minnesota. Subject to an easement over the West 33 <br />feet thereof for Keats Avenue. <br />PARCEL "C" <br />The Northwest Quarter of Section 2, Township 29N, Range 21W, <br />EXCEPT part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of <br />Section 2, Township 29N, Range 21W, being the West 660 feet of the <br />North 429 feet of the South 825 feet thereof subject to easement on <br />West side; EXCEPT The South 1125 feet of the West 1100 feet of the <br />Northwest. Subject to an easement over <br />the West 33 feet thereof for Keats Avenue. <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered these <br />subdivision applications at public hearings held on January 23, 1989 <br />(Washenberger), and April 24, 1989 (Ziertman) and recommended the <br />approval thereof; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City <br />of Lake Elmo as follows, to wit.: <br />
