EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />HELD JUNE 6, 1989 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regularly <br />scheduled meeting of the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, was held at the City Hall in said <br />City on the 6th day of June, 1989 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Susan Dunn, Todd Williams, Donald Moe, Charles <br />Graves and Lee Bunt. <br />The following members were absent: <br />Todd Williams introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 89-34 <br />RESOLUTION TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the <br />City of Lake Elmo held on the 6th day of June, 1989, a motion was <br />made, seconded and carried to release and discharge that certain <br />easement described as follows: <br />That certain Surface Water Drainage Easement and <br />Agreement dated November 11, 1980, recorded December 15, <br />1980, as Doc. No. 41.2741, in the office of the Washington <br />County Recorder. <br />WHEREAS, the hearing was held„pursuant to notice as <br />required by law on the 6th day of June, 1989; and <br />
