0 <br />WHEREAS, no objections to the release and discharge of <br />the said easement were made known to the City Council and no one <br />appeared at said meeting in opposition thereto; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best interests of the <br />public to release and discharge said easement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota as follows: <br />1. That that certain Surface Water Drainage Easement <br />and Agreement dated November 11, 1980, recorded December 15, <br />1980, as Doc. No. 412741, legally described as follows, to -wit: <br />The North Half (N-�) of the North Half (A) of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NE'k) of Section Thirty-one (31), <br />Township Twenty-nine (29) North, Range Twenty (20) West <br />excepting therefrom the East Six Hundred Sixty (660) <br />feet of the South Two Hundred Sixty-seven (267) feet and <br />also except the East Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet of <br />the North Two Hundred .Forty-five (245) feet of the South <br />Five Hundred Twelve (51.2) feet. <br />may be, and hereby is, released and discharged. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk were <br />authorized to execute a Release and Discharge of Easement and <br />cause the same to be filed in the office of the Washington County <br />Recorder. <br />Susan Dunn, Mayor <br />- 2 - <br />
