I find said extract to be a true, correct and <br />complete transcript from the original minutes of a meeting of the <br />City Council of said City held on the date indicated in said <br />extract, including any resolutions adopted at such meeting, <br />insofar as they relate to the release and discharge of said <br />easement described as follows: <br />The North Half (N�) of the North Half (N'-) of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NEa) of Section Thirty-one (31), <br />Township Twenty --nine (29) North, Range Twenty (20) Jest <br />excepting therefrom the East Six Hundred Sixty (660) <br />feet of the South Two Hundred Sixty-seven (267) feet and <br />also except the East Three Hundred Thirty (330) feet of <br />the North Two Hundred Forty-five (245) feet of the South <br />Five Hundred Twelve (512) feet. <br />4.
