RESOLUTION 89-39 CITY OF LAKE ELMO WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SIMPLE LOT SUBDIVISION TO JAMES AND VIVIAN PALECEK WHEREAS, James and Vivian Palecek have made application to the City of Lake Elmo for a Simple Lot Subdivision of the property descirbed as follows: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, City of Lake Elmo, Washington County, Minnesota, described as follows: The West 240 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, EXCEPT the North 475 feet thereof. Subject to a 16.5 foot road easement along the East side of this description, and subject to a 16 E foot easement along the South side of this description to Northern States Power Company. This parcel contains 4.65 acres, more or less. WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission considered this application at a regularly scheduled meeting on August 28, 1989 and recommended the approval of the above described parcel into two parcels described as follows: Parcel 1 The South 315.00 feet of the North 790.0 feet of the West 240.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota. Subject to the right-of-way of Jamley Avenue North over, under and across the East 30.00 feet thereof. Subject to Drainage Easements of record. Subject to and together with any other valid easements, reservations or restrictions. Parcel 2 All that part of the West 240.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota, lying southerly of the North 790.00 feet thereof.
