RESOLUTION NO. 90-39 <br />CITY OF' LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ACCCEPTING THE WORK ON 39TH STREET BY C.W. HOULE <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract with the City of Lake <br />Elmo on February 7, 1989, C.W. Houle,, Inc. has satisfactorily <br />completed the construction of 39th Street between State Highway 5 and <br />CSAH 17. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota. the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted <br />and approved, and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the city clerk and mayor are hereby <br />directed to issue a proper order for the final payment on such <br />contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br />1990.
