RESOLUTION 90-35 <br />CITY OF LAKE. ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING A SPEED SURVEY ON 30TH STREET <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby <br />requests the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation to conduct a traffic survey to determine the reasonable <br />and safe speed on the following City street: <br />30th Street from CSAH 17 to CSAH 15 <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon determination of a <br />reasonable and safe speed on the above street, the City of Lake Elmo <br />be authorized by the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation to post such speed limit. <br />Attest <br />Mary Kueffner i'� ty Administrator <br />C_ usAn Dunn, mayor' <br />
