RESOLUTION 90-9 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF <br />PACKARD PARK 3RD ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />has previously considered and approved a preliminary <br />plat Packard Park 3rd Addition; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo Planning Commission reviewed <br />a final plat for Packard Park 3rd Addition at its <br />November 27, 1989 and December 11, 1989 meetings; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat presented to the City <br />conforms to the City's subdivision ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City <br />Council of the City of Lake Elmo does hereby approve and <br />accept the final plat of Packard Park 3rd Addition as <br />the same as on file with the City Administrator subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. The developer and the City shall execute a <br />Developer's Agreement and deposit such security with the <br />City as determined by the City Engineer. <br />2. The developer shall pay to the City of Lake Elmo <br />$450 park dedication fee for each newly created lot. <br />3. The developer shall provide Washington County <br />with a road easement over the east 17 feet of Outlots A, <br />B, C, and D. <br />4. The developer shall provide the City with road <br />easements for the temporary cul-de-sac on Lansing <br />Avenue. <br />5.
