PROGRESS REPORT <br />Project: EIS Review for Proposed Landfill Site G in Lake Elmo <br />Project #: 5175.001 <br />`--- Date: -February-8-,-1-990 — — ----------- <br />Reporting Period: 12/26/89 - 1/25/90 <br />Activities Undertaken During the Reporting Period <br />The project team of DPRA Incorporated and Geraghty and Miller, Inc. met to <br />discuss the results of the review of the rejected landfill sites in <br />Washington County. Based on the discussion, the project team completed a <br />memo on why the sites were rejected and their similarities to Site G. The <br />memo was submitted to representatives of Lake Elmo and ReAPP on January 25, <br />1990. <br />Also during this period, the project team began their review of the Hydro/Geo <br />Tech Memo and initiated a search for additional available information on the <br />geologic and hydrogeologic characteristics of the area around Site G. <br />Activities Anticipated Next Month <br />During the month of February, the project team will continue its review of <br />the Hydro/Geo Tech Memo and continue researching additional information on <br />the geologic and hydrogeologic characteristics of the Site G area. The pro- <br />ject team will also begin the risk modeling effort by developing input values <br />for the release and transport models. <br />Changes in Personnel and Schedule <br />None. <br />
