The minimum building elevations are as follows: <br />Lots 2-10 <br />Lot 11 <br />Elevation 917.0 feet <br />Elevation 918.0 feet <br />These minimum building elevations are based upon the City of Lake Elmo's <br />current land use zoning for the watershed. <br />The other permit conditions remain unchanged.
