Meyer, <br />Environmental Health Specialist, Washington County Department of <br />Public Health, following his inspection of our facilities; <br />2) Letter dated 02/06/90 from Mr. Meyer acknowledging our <br />Hazardous Waste Generator License Application. <br />3-) Letter (undated) from H. Brent Archer to the City of Lake <br />Elmo, describing our handling of waste, written in response to <br />questions from the Mayor of Lake Elmo. <br />4) Letter and attachment from US EPA giving our EPA ID <br />Number <br />This documentation indicates that we have complied with all <br />requests from either the Washington County Department of Public <br />Health for a description of our operations and materials used in <br />manufacture of our products. Additional documents are in <br />possession of the Mayor of Lake Elmo and in your files. <br />Our license has been issued by the Washington County Public <br />Health Department. This may be confirmed by calling Ms. Cheryl <br />Irhler, Environmental Health Specialist 779-5445 <br />For your further information, we were required by the US EPA <br />to indicate our disposal procedure for used photographic fixer <br />and scrap film using an acceptable method of silver recovery. We <br />will be using the following disposal company: <br />Strickland Refining, Inc. <br />Minneapolis, MN <br />EPA ID #MND981101314 <br />for this purpose. <br />Exhausted photographic developer as well as fixer are saved <br />in plastic bottles inside our darkrooms. Scrap film is saved in a <br />specially designed trash can. <br />Our sandblast resist coating, supplied by Chromalin <br />Corporation of Duluth, Minnesota, is claimed by the manufacturer <br />
