M <br />g therefrom a two ( 2 ) rod strip lying <br />East of and adjacent to a line which runs <br />parallel to and Ninety-five (95) feet East of <br />the Westerly boundary of the above described <br />premises, which two (2) rod strip is hereby <br />reserved in and dedicated to the public for <br />highway purposes. <br />2. That the City has never dedicated, activated or in 'any way <br />utilized such two (2) rod strip for public highway purposes. <br />3. That the public has evidenced no interest in such two (2) rod <br />strip, which is now useless for public highway purposes. <br />4. Wherefore, pursuant to t+iinnesota Statues Section 508.71(2), <br />your Petitioners pray for an order of this Court revising the <br />legal description of Certificate of Title No. 14234. and <br />directing ctie itegistrar of Titles to delete from said <br />Certificate of Title any reference to a two (2) rod strip <br />dedicated co the public for highway purposes. <br />Dated: December 6, 1989.
