Taylor <br />for an order revising the legal <br />description in Certificate of Title No. 14234 <br />>. U-NMIM.�: <br />400Y./ M-PO 1 <br />Pursuant to the Order of Reference herein dated December 8, 1989, <br />I have examined Certificate of Title No. 14234 and the documents <br />memorialized thereon. <br />I have also examined prior documents, certificates and <br />conveyances relating to the two rod strip of land and respectfully report <br />to the Court as follows: <br />1. That the two rod strip of land was first referred to and <br />created by a deed dated July 25, 1946, between Roscoe J. Collopy and <br />Josephine Collopy, husband and wife, grantors and Roland D. Lewerer and <br />Loretta Lewerer, husband and wife, grantees. This deed was filed in the <br />office of the Registrar of Titles on the 5th day of August, 1946, as <br />Document No. 3413 and Certificate of Title No. 2243 was issued to the <br />grantees. A copy of that deed is attached to this report as Exhibit "A". <br />2. At the time of said conveyance no conveyance of an easement <br />in or the fee title of said 2 rod strip was issued to any party nor was <br />any residuary certificate issued to the grantors. <br />3. Subsequently the tract conveyed to the Lewerers was <br />reconveyed in progressively smaller tracts until the parcel contained in <br />Certificate of Title No. 14234 was created together with the reference to <br />the two rod strip across it. <br />4. That at some point in time someone apparently advised the <br />Auditor -Treasurer that the two rod strip was a separate parcel which had <br />
