*Land dedication in lieu of park dedication is the option of the City Council after receiving a recommendation from the Parks Commission and/or Planning Commission. 105.040 BUILDING PERMIT FEES: A. A fee for each building permit shall be paid on or before the issuance thereof. The fees for such permits shall be in the amount established from time -to -time by ordinance of the City Council. SURCHARGE: In addition to the permit fees required, the applicant shall pay a surcharge to be remitted to the Minnesota Department of Administration as prescribed by Minnesota Statutes 1984, Section 16B.70.
