Present: Dunn, Hunt, Williams, Graves, <br />Armstrong, City Engineer Larry Bohrer, City Attorney Knaak and <br />Administrator Kueffner. <br />1. AGENDA <br />Add: 8B. Update on Washington County Official's Meeting, 9B. Request <br />from Youth Service Bureau, 9C. Request from Maintenance Foreman. <br />Delete: 5. Reapp Report, Referendum Question <br />M/S/P Graves/Hunt - to approve the September 4, 1990 City Council <br />agenda as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />2. MINUTES: August 21, 1990 <br />M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to approve the August 21, 1990 City Council <br />minutes as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Armstrong/Graves - to approve the September 4, 1990 claims <br />#93720 to #93781 as presented. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />4. PUBLIC INQUIRIES: <br />There were no public inquiries. <br />5. REAPP REPORT: Referendum Questions <br />Todd Williams requested the referendum question be postponed until the <br />September 18th Council meeting. <br />6. PLANNING/LAND USE AND ZONING: <br />A. Shoreland Permit: William Park, 4589 Birch Bark Trail N. <br />William Park, 4589 Birch Bark Trail N., has applied for a shoreland <br />permit to construct a 4-season porch (18' x 16') over an existing <br />patio area. The porch is to be constructed on approved post footings. <br />The elevation will be approximately 18' above the Ordinary High Water <br />Mark. <br />Building Official Jim McNamara reported in his review no variances <br />were needed and verbal approval was given by Molly Shodeen of DNR. <br />
