Lake Elmo Planning Commission Minutes October 8, 1990 Page 3 <br />(2) The Commission has observed in the Code the following <br />portions of Ordinances that may apply and seem incompatable <br />with the request for moving this structure onto this site: <br />(a) 301.030 0. (page 301-74 & 75), <br />(b) The land use as being consisent and appropriate for <br />the RR Zoning District, <br />(3) Must meet Minnesota Statute Chapter 327.31 Subd. 3 & 4 <br />and meet City Septic and Water requirements, <br />(4) There may be an overriding State Statute. <br />(5) Suggest the City Attorney provide the City Council with <br />recommendations on the items that the Planning Commission <br />cannot make a determination of. (Motion carried 9-0.) <br />
