As of 12:01 <br />a.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 1990, Oakdale will be providing <br />municipal services within the generalized area bounded by loth <br />Street on the north, County Road 13 on the east, I-94 on the <br />south and I-694 on the west. The only exception for municipal <br />service will be Guardian Angels Church, which was not a signator <br />to the petition and which therefore, will continue to receive <br />services provided by the City of Lake Elmo. <br />The border creates some islands of Lake Elmo within the newly <br />annexed area of Oakdale. In the interest of the safety, health <br />and welfare of residents in this area, the City will provide the <br />full range of municipal services, again, excluding only the <br />Guardian Angels property.
