I am including a brief firm <br />resume for your review. Municipal work is done primarily by <br />myself and John Miller with occasional assistance from other <br />attorneys as needed. <br />I have been a municipal attorney since i970. During the <br />past 20 years I have worked with city councils, town boards, <br />charter commissions, planning commissions and public hospital <br />boards. I have litigation experience in the areas of municipal <br />contracts, zoning regulations, condemnations, special assess- <br />ments, personnel matters, and criminal prosecution. <br />I am also familiar with the various legal matters <br />associated with public improvement projects, volunteer fire <br />departments, and contract police services. I have recodified <br />and been involved in the recodification of city codes and have <br />drafted ordinances and legislation. <br />Our firm bills clients on a monthly basis. For municipal <br />services to public clients our firm charges the following <br />rates: <br />Attorney Time, Civil Matters $90.00 <br />Paralegal Time $40.00 <br />Costs (depositions, filing fees, recording <br />fees, photocopies in excess of a <br />prescribed maximum, etc.) <br />
