In that regard, we have included Compensating Change Order No. l in the <br />amount of $6,413.85 and Final Estimate and Certificate No. 3 in the amount of $19, 791.72. All <br />of the cost is eligible for State Aid reimbursement. <br />It is recommended that the City accept the work, approve Compensating Change Order No. 1 and <br />approve final payment in the amount of $19,791.72 to T.
