Jerome Turnquist <br />Deputy Administrator <br />The term of office for David Nordhausen, Woodbury, on the Ramsey/Washington Metro <br />Watershed District, will expire on Febraury 24, 1991. <br />State statute provides that the County Board may select watershed district managers <br />from lists of nominees submitted by the municipalities that are wholly or partially <br />in the watershed district. Such a list may be submitted to the County at least 60 <br />days prior to the expiration of the term of office of a manager. If no list is <br />submitted, the County Board will then proceed to appoint a manager through its open <br />appointment process. In either event, the County Board shall make its appointment <br />30 days prior to the term expiration. <br />If you wish to submit a list of nominees for consideration or wish the incumbent to <br />be considered for reappointment, your joint or separate list should be sent to me <br />prior to December 26, 1990. It is anticipated that the Board would then consider <br />any nominees at its meeting on January 22, 1991. <br />A copy of the County's advisory board application form in enclosed. Please <br />duplicate it as necessary.
