A <br />filing fee of $284 accompanies the resolution based on 71 acres @ <br />map(acreage figure <br />ping divisi noftheMinnesotawas passistanceuted with <br />Department ofTransportation)t. <br />The property affected by this request is the remaining parcels in <br />section 32 and the part f Section 33 <br />Oakdale as a result oovirtually <br />f heBoard's Octoberl3tdecision.ended by <br />The purpose of the request .is to., eliminate ..the confusion, being - <br />experienced by residents and to provide for efficient service <br />delivery to the area. An informational meeting was held on <br />November 26th with a number of the property owners in attendance..._... <br />concern was expressed as to which municipality <br />public sa . itywould <br />be <br />responsible for ssrvicss, including <br />apparent from resident comments that a clearly identifiable <br />service provider is needed, to.snsure*:accountability for the• <br />delivery of services. <br />Also, property owners who .petitioned -for-annexation -cla m.. hat . •.• <br />they have purchased back some of the property identified as state <br />Highway right-of-way in the Municipal Board order. The city has <br />even received notice recently that the State is continuing to <br />sell pieces of excess right-of-way in the area.
