PROGRESS REPORT <br />Project: EIS Review for Proposed Landfill Site G in Lake Elmo <br />Project #: 5175.001 <br />Date: December 20, 1990 <br />Reporting Period: 9/26/90 - 11/25/90 <br />Activities Undertaken During the Reporting Period <br />Activities conducted by DPRA during the current reporting period consisted <br />primarily of project administration (i.e., reporting on project status and <br />budget, invoicing, and communication with project staff and subcontractor). <br />Subcontractor labor and expenses for August are included on this invoice. <br />During August, Geraghty and Miller staff framed the modeling approach and <br />completed model calibration as part of the analytical groundwater modeling <br />task. <br />Activities Anticipated Next Month <br />Contract activities will be prioritized following consultation with the City, <br />ReAPP, and their attorneys based on the County's progress with the health <br />risk memo, landfill design specifications, and draft EIS report. <br />Changes in Personnel and Schedule <br />No changes in personnel are anticipated. Based on a conversation with Jeff <br />Stevens at Pace Laboratories, Inc. (12/07/90), the health risk assessment has <br />been submitted to Donohue and the County for review. The County will likely <br />release the health risk memo sometime in January or early February. <br />
