The attached letter from Wenck Associates <br />explains that the Recommended Allowable Limits .(RALs) are newly <br />established for this months sampling. The sample results <br />exceeded the NPDES prevention level for total phenols. Weekly <br />sampling at the Highway 5 outfall is.being conducted, and I will <br />advise you of the results. <br />Samples continue to be collected and analyzed on a monthly basis <br />at the Highway 5 outlet.
