MINNR$OTA 40101.10P} <br />010/M-4400 <br />PAX 01e/C0Q•0000 <br />At tine February .5, 1991 City Council meeting, we discussed the possibility of constructing a <br />detention pond on the VFW Ballfield site, We were asked at that time to prepare a cgst estimate <br />for that option. <br />Attached are Preliminary assessment rolls for all four storm sewer options Including the <br />preliminary street assessments, <br />VFW Balifleld - Pond Option <br />Proposed Improvement <br />storm sewer for the VFW 13011field Pond option would be constructed along ,Route C. <br />However, a detention pond would be excavated at the Ballfield site to reduce discharge <br />rates and to provide storm water storage, <br />The bailfield and fences wotdd be replaced on the bottom of the pond. The bottom of the <br />Pond would be graded t© d1•811t the field dry, A low flow diversion would be constructed <br />so that ponding would occur only during heavy runoff events. A 30" outlet pipe would <br />be constructed fxom the pond to the railroad culvert, <br />
