Last week, a subcontractor, Ann Construction, telephoned us to explain that hi <br />reviewing their- records some extra excavation and granular borrow was hot paid for. After <br />reviewing our records we agreed. I'lre extra work totals $1,058.24. <br />Since this is a unit price contract, the contractor should be paid for the work he performed. hi <br />that regard, we have revised the final esthnate and certificate and the compensating change order <br />to reflect the changes. Enclosed for your review and approval are Compensating Change Order <br />No. 1R and Final Estimate and Certificate No. 4 in the amount of $1,058.24. <br />We recwmmnend that these revised documents be approved and the revised payment atnount be <br />made.
