Hazard 07. At the MTC bus stop on Highway 5 near the Lake Elmo <br />Baptist church, there is insufficent safety provided for <br />individuals using the bus service. <br />Recommended Solution: <br />a. Involve the Department of Transportation to resolve the <br />problem in a manner suitable to provide adequate safety for <br />pedestrians. <br />SUMMARY. <br />Attached is a petition signed by many residents of Lake Elmo <br />that identifies six (6) road hazards in the Lake Elmo area. <br />The City is asked to take action immediately to solve these <br />problems. <br />In those areas where the City does not have jurisdiction, the <br />City is asked to approach the group(s) or organization(s) that <br />do have jurisdiction and request that immediate action be taken <br />to correct these hazards.
