To restore the fund and <br />provide for the anticipated operating expenses for the project through 1990, <br />the Board of Managers of Valley Branch Watershed District have certified 1990 <br />assessments payable in 1991 to Washington and Ramsey County Auditors for the <br />benefit of this fund. These assessments were computed by the same method <br />used for the previous assessments. As with the previous project assessments, <br />all highways, streets and other roadways have also been assessed. <br />The total assessment for public rights -of -way for which the City of Lake <br />Elmo is responsible is $295.84. Please remit to Valley Branch Watershed <br />District, P.O. Box 838, Lake Elmo, MN 55042.
