ORDINANCE NO. 89 — 57 <br />AN ORDINANCK PROVIDING NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, PRIOR TO <br />CLOSURE OF 1ANUFACTURED HOME PARKS, REQUIRING PARK OWNERS <br />TO PAY REASONABLE RELOCATION COSTS TO DISPLACED RESIDENTS <br />AND REQUIRING BUYERS TO PAY ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION <br />TO DISPLACED RESIDENTS <br />The City Council of the City of Bloomington hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. That Section 15 of the City Code in hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />CHAPTER 15 <br />BUILDINGS AND STRUCTURES <br />ARTICLE IV. MANUFACTURED HOME.PARK CLOSINGS <br />SEC, 15.69. PURPOSE. <br />In view of the peculiar nature and problems presented by <br />conversion of manufactured home parks,. the City Council finds <br />health, saf.etand general welfare will be promoted by requiri <br />to displaced residents of such parks.
