MN 55155 <br />Ftiyq <br />OF T R7 <br />February 21, 1991 (612) 296-1662 <br />In reply refer to: <br />Notice of Unencumbered Construction Fund Balance <br />Dear 9, , <br />The present Screening Board Directive states that whenever a <br />municipality's construction fund balance available as of <br />September 1, of the current year, not including the current <br />year's allotment, exceeds $300,000 or two times their annual <br />construction allotment (whichever is greater), shall receive <br />an adjustment to their money needs. <br />Our records show that as of February 1, 1991 you have a balance <br />of $ ,3---4g, 970 available for construction, not <br />including the 1991 allotment. Recent project submittals for /99/ <br />payment were not deducted from the construction fund balance. <br />According to the guidelines set forth by the Screening Board <br />Resolution, you have an excess balance of $ .3 - .Z7 U <br />This excess must be reduced by September 1, 1991 to avoid an <br />adjustment to the money needs. <br />Any excess above the specified limits will result in <br />$ (�,.S�C9 loss of money needs.
