L41ti Lim <br />.t;-362 <br />A p I rr <br />_` r <br />�5 <br />g Trful e � <br />s'Yr t e5�r t4 4 r 11< 7zz <br />S-Y r1T H TR'. <br />While agreeing with the principle of <br />a public <br />walkway into the <br />park, we do <br />not feel that the above mentioned site <br />would <br />comply with this <br />principle nor <br />serve the intended purpose without <br />placing <br />undue hardship on <br />the adjoining <br />property owners. <br />Since 1977 our park has been enjoyed by all residents via an existing access <br />site on Demontre-ville Road (1/2 block from the above mentioned site) as well <br />as a second access site on Hytrail Ave. Both provide appropriate entrance to a <br />wonderful wildlife area. Please let it be known that access to the park for the <br />continued next page..... <br />
