The Parks. Commission has already appointed a sub -committee of <br />four members to work with Mike on this plan. <br />There is $4700 left from a Grant the City received for planning, that <br />must be used for no other purpose. <br />If the Council accepts the proposal submitted by Mike Black, I would <br />suggest this money be used for this project. The balance would have <br />to come out of the Parks Department C.I.P. (if needed). <br />
