The first meeting <br />shall be approximately 30 days after authorization to proceed. <br />The total fee for the services described herein shall be a lump <br />sum fee of SS,200.00. This fee shall include all preliminary plan <br />printing, one set of plan revisions after City Council review and <br />15 final plan copies. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal. I will be <br />available to further discuss this or answer any questions you may <br />have.
