1. If a single section Manufactured Home can be relocated to another Manufactured Home Park within a twenty-five (25) mile radius, the Park Owner shall pay the actual Relocation Costs, or, an amount equal to $ whichever is less. 2. If a double section Manufactured Home can be relocated to another Manufactured Home Park within a twenty-five (25) mile radius, the Park Owner shall pay actual Relocation Costs, or, an amount equal to $ , whichever is less. 3. The Park Owner shall make relocation payments directly to contractors providing the relocation service, but, upon proof of payment of such Relocation Costs by a Park Resident, shall reimburse the Park Resident directly for such Relocation Costs. The Park Owner shall be entitled 2 to receive adequatedocumentationof Relocation Costs, including costs of proposals, invoices, X, estimates and contracts for relocation services. B. Election to Receive Compensation. If a Manufactured Home cannot be relocated to another Manufactured Home Park within a twenty-five (25) mile radius, the Park Resident shall elect one of the following options by giving written notice to the Park Owner; 1. The Park Resident may elect to receive compensation in an amount equal to the average Relocation Cost provided to Park Residents for the relocation of similar housing, in which event, the Park Purchaser shall pay such compensation and the Park Resident shall retain title to the Manufactured Home and be responsible for its prompt removal from the Manufactured Home Park; or 2. The Park Resident may elect to receive compensation in an amount equal to percent of the esti- mated market value for the Manufactured Home as stated on the Current Year Personal Property Tax Statement for the Manufactured Home, in which event, the Park Purchaser shall pay such compensation to the Park Resident and the Park Resident shall transfer title to the Manufactured Home to the Park Purchaser free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. 3. The compensation payment provided for herein shall be paid within thirty (30) days prior to the date of the closing of the Manufactured Home Park.
