Councilmen Johnson and Williams <br />SUBJECT: Call for Special Meeting <br />DATE: December 9, 1991 <br />This is to be considered the required written notice from two Councilmen <br />to cal]. a Special Meeting of the Lake Elmo City Council, pursuant to <br />Section 203.010 of the Lake Elmo Municipal Code. <br />The requested Special Meeting shall be at 7:00 PM on Thursday, December <br />12, 1.991, at the Lake Elmo City Council Chambers. <br />The topics to be discussed at the meeting include: <br />1. Response from the City Attorney, in accord with the direction given at <br />the Council meeting on December 3, 1991, as to options the City can follow <br />to recover penalties awarded against the City in the Trailhead Development <br />case; <br />2. Actions the City can take to enforce the court order to rezone the <br />Stonegate property; <br />3. Motion(s) to be filed and presented to the Court at the hearing on <br />Friday, December 13, 1991; <br />4. Such other 'matters pertaining to the Trailhead Development case as may <br />arise during discussion at the Special Meeting. <br />Because the matters to be discussed are of a legal nature, it is essential <br />that the City Attorney be present at the Special Meeting. <br />Please provide a mailed, written notice of this Special Meeting to all <br />members of the City Council as soon as possible, and provide proper public <br />notice. <br />4r� <br />(z-( (9 j <br />
