There have been <br />areas that have been cleaned and most all of the vehicles <br />that are not going to be kept (per list) have been removed. <br />There has been work done on removing the barn; however, much <br />still remains to be done. There is still other junk and <br />debris throughout the area that must be removed and properly <br />discarded. <br />The west side of County Road. 19 has items and machinery <br />used for glass recycling which is being done by a friend of <br />the Hammeses. This operation should either cease <br />immediately or become part of th C.U.P. <br />While speaking with Dorothy and her brothers, I got the <br />message that it is not possible to have the property clean <br />by April or May of this year. We then talked about the <br />possibility of having the entire area around the house <br />cleaned as soon as possible --hopefully before your walk- <br />through in April. This seemed more feasible and acceptable <br />than other proposals. <br />I, also, took pictures of the property and these will be <br />available at the council meeting Monday evening or they will <br />be'available in my office Monday during the day. <br />The Hammes family intend to be at the council meeting to <br />answer any questions you may have. <br />
