MINUTES APPROVED: 10-6-92 <br />a <br />x <br />LAKE ELMO LTY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 16, 1992 <br />Mayor Johnson called the city council meeting to order at <br />7:OQ p.m. in the city council chambers. PRESENT: Mayor <br />Johnson, Hunt, Mottaz, Williams, City Attorney Filla and <br />Administrator Kueffner. ABSENT: Councilman Johnson. <br />1. AGENDA <br />Add: 4. Request by Family Violence Network for $1,000 <br />Donation, 5C. Update on Old Village Projects, 9. Resolution <br />and Water problems. <br />M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to approve the September 16, 1992 City <br />Council agenda as amended, (Motion carried 4-0). <br />2. MINUTES: September 1, 1992 <br />On Page 3: check the tape for the Mayor's response to <br />Councilman Williams in regard to the Comp Plan Amendment. <br />On Page 7: Hidden Valley. Add the reason Mayor Johnson voted <br />against the motion. <br />M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to table the September 1, 1992 City <br />Council minutes until the next meeting. (Motion carried 4- <br />0) . <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Williams/Hunt - to approve the September 16, 1992 <br />claims #893 thru #930 as presented. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />4. PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL <br />1. Youth Service Bureau <br />Paul Weiler, Executive Director, reported the City of Lake <br />Elmo is the second largest community they serve and are <br />requesting a $10,500 donation. <br />M/S/P Williams/Mottaz - to direct the staff to include as a <br />budget consideration entry for the Youth Service Bureau for <br />the next budget workshop. (Motion carried 4-0). <br />
