III14UTES APPROVED: 11-5-92 <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 20, 1992 <br />Mayor Johnson called the city council meeting to order at <br />7:02 p.m. in the council chambers. PRESENT: Mayor Johnson, <br />Hunt, Dick Johnson, Mottaz, Williams, City Engineer Larry <br />Bohrer, City Attorney Jerry Fills, City Planner Mike Black, <br />and Administrator Kueffner. <br />1. AGENDA <br />Add: 4. Introduction of Pam Neary and Bruce Vento, 6B. <br />Letter from United Properties, 9. Councilman Johnson: <br />Request by resident with Shafer Gravel trucks. <br />M/S/P Hunt/Williams - to approve the October 20, 1992 City <br />Council agenda as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />2. MINUTES: October 6, 1992 <br />M/S/P Dick Johnson/Mayor Johnson - to approve the October 6, <br />1992 city council minutes as amended. (Motion carried 4-0- <br />1: Hunt: Abstain). <br />MINUTES: October 13, 1992 <br />M/S/P Mottaz/Williams - to approve the October 13, 1992 City <br />Council minutes as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Dick Johnson/Williams - to approve the October 20, <br />1992 claims #977 thru #1042 as presented. (Motion carried <br />5-0: Williams noted he would like the city attorney costs <br />passed thru onto Colisimo/Collyard). <br />4. PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL <br />Pam Neary (State Representative District 56B) and Bruce <br />Vento (Fourth Congressional District) introduced themselves <br />and thanked the council for inviting them. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS: <br />A. Shoreland Ordinance <br />Jan Kiefner, 8001 50th Street N., asked that the Council <br />approve the proposed shoreland ordinance with the exception <br />of #7, on page 13 because she felt this allows legal <br />trespassing. <br />
