The agreement is in proper legal form and can be executed <br />by the Mayor and yourself if approved by the City Council. <br />The agreement basically allows federal funds to be used on <br />local projects under the supervision of the Washington County <br />Housing and Redevelopment Authority. The projects range from an <br />individual home improvement to the purchase of several housing <br />units by the Housing and Redevelopment Authority for use by low <br />income families.
