Finally tboyhavefoundsomeonewho caresandunderstands <br />The Family Violence Network hasgrown to keep pace with the ever-expanding need <br />forservicas for victims of domestic abuse. We are arcitedabout ournewestprograms: <br />• On Apri120, 1992 we opened the Dods and Stan Hill Home, an extended <br />stay salehome for battered women and their children who need longer term <br />shelter than our volunteersafehomes can provide. <br />On July 1st, 1992 Family Kolmov Network expanded to serve a/I of <br />suburban Ramsey County with our basic services <br />In the fall of 1993 the Family Violence Net work is opening anotherextended <br />staysa£ehomelnSouth WashingtonCounty. This willbethefrrstsheltertype <br />program in Washington County. <br />The Family Violence Network continues to offer basic services that make a vital <br />difference in the lives of battered women and their children: <br />• 24 hour crisis line <br />• Advocacy services <br />• Support groups for women and children <br />• Transportation and childcare <br />• Emergency housing <br />• Information and referral <br />
