The purpose <br />of this pipe is to connect Deer Pond, Hedges' Pond, Hedges' Bog and Lake <br />Jane to Crombie Pond and the outlet system which extends from Crombie Pond <br />to the St. Croix River. Two existing catch basins along Deer Pond. Trail <br />will also be replaced' as part of this project. Because of the depth <br />pipe (12 to 15 feet), the existing Deer Pond Trail`itfrbe <br />copy of the plans for <br />As you have seen, site preparation activities including clearing and <br />dewatering have already begun. Pipe installation will likely.begin this <br />week. About three weeks will likely be required to install the pipe and an <br />additional week will be required for restoration of Deer Pond Trail. <br />Schedule can be affected by weather and other factors over which there is <br />little control. <br />Project construction will result in some temporary inconvenience, <br />primarily in the area of vehicle access to your home. During pipe laying <br />operations, Deer Pond Trail will be closed to thru traffic, but emergency <br />vehicle access will be maintained to your homes at all times. <br />ALLEN DORNFELD E.E.
