4 per 10 Outside Storage Limitation <br />The 1986 Ordinance was based upon a density of one home per <br />10 acres. <br />The average motor vehicle/boat/RV/trailer/snowmobile density <br />was estimated at 4 units per home or 4 per 10 acres. <br />The idea of <br />1 <br />unit <br />for <br />outside storage per <br />2.5 <br />acres was the <br />result. The <br />150 <br />sq. <br />foot <br />alternative for each <br />2.5 <br />acres was added <br />as an option. <br />12 per 10 <br />Following this same criteria, the new zoning of three homes per <br />10 acres would change the density to 12 units per 10 acres. The <br />area density would be 1800 sq. feet per 10 acres. <br />
