We also appreciate the City's cooperation in this <br />important safety improvement project. Enclosed is the maintenance agreement between <br />the City of Lake Elmo and Washington County. The agreement calls for the County to <br />perform the painting, cleaning and relamping and for the City to pay one -quarter (1/4) of <br />the electricity costs. Grant, Stillwater and Baytown Township will also pay one -quarter <br />(1/4) of the electricity costs.
