LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES NOVEMBER 15, 1994 <br />Council member Conlin expressed support for a full time city planner and asked to <br />begin initiating plans for a planner. <br />M/S/P Mottaz/Conlin - to delegate Karen Johnston and a Planning Commission <br />member of her choice to draft a job description, a list of qualifications and <br />recommendation of a salary range for a full time city planner and bring back to the city <br />council at the December 6, 1994 meeting. (Motion passed 5-0) <br />10. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br />A. Recodification <br />Administrator Kueffner will send out Section 1, 2 & 3 and part of 4 at the end of the <br />week. Copies of the recodification should be sent to the new council members. <br />B. Volunteer Recognition Party <br />The Council asked the staff to investigate potential dates for the Volunteer Party at the <br />VFW Hall and get organized. Councilman Johnson commended the compost workers <br />this year and suggested we invite them to the party. <br />C. Metro East Group <br />M/S/P Mottaz/John - to instruct the city administrator to get more information on Client <br />#596. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />M/S/P Conlin/Mottaz - to adjourn the council meeting at 8:35 p.m. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />----------------------- <br />Respectfully submitted by Sharon Lumby, Deputy Clerk <br />Resolution No. 94-29 granting a minor subdivision to Francis J.
