(Motion passed 4-1:John).
M/S/P John/DeLapp - to appoint Larry Bohrer of TKDA as the City Consulting Engineer
for 1995 with an increase per meeting attendance fee to $75 and include the terms of
his presence from the beginning of the council meeting (Public Inquiries and Planning
and Zoning) through the city engineer's report, if there are no engineering matters after
his report, then he will be excused. (Motion passed 5-0).
F. Appointment of City Attorney
Jerry Filla, Peterson, Fram & Bergman, wishes to continue representing the city in
1995. The regular hourly rate for services other than civil litigation or prosecution has
been increased from $90 to $95 per hour.
M/S/P Conlin/Johnston - to appoint Jerry Filla of Peterson, Fram & Bergman as the
Lake Elmo City Attorney for civil and criminal matters for 1995.
